  • “After a very disappointing experience with another maintenance shop who performed a very poor skin repair, I brought my Cessna 152 to Pacific Aviation Solutions for a corrective structural repair. I couldn't be happier with the decision. From the very beginning, they were professional, communicative, and exceptionally thorough. They even met me on a Sunday to inspect the airplane so I could obtain a ferry permit from the FAA and safely bring it to their shop. That level of customer service alone was above and beyond. This was also not the only time they went the extra mile. As the repair progressed, they carefully documented everything they found, explained the issues in detail, sent me a great deal of photos, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. They clearly take pride in doing things properly rather than taking shortcuts. As an aviation professional myself, that's exactly what I'm looking for. I was also very impressed by the quality of their communication. I always knew where the project stood, what they had found, what needed to be done, and why. They delivered difficult news about unforeseen additional damage they uncovered professionally and with a clear plan for how to address it. The quality of their workmanship has been exceptional. They have been meticulous about every detail of the repair, including making sure that every fastener is correctly selected, installed, and finished. Part of the scope of the repair was fabricating a new skin panel, and the quality of the finished piece is outstanding—it is difficult to imagine distinguishing it from a part that came directly off Cessna's production line. The finished repair is excellent both structurally and cosmetically. Their website says Don’s skill is top-notch - I can certainly attest to that. The scope of the corrective work also turned out to be substantially greater than initially anticipated. They identified significant additional damage that had been hidden behind the original repair, including damaged skin and underlying structure, improperly formed fasteners, and other issues that required extensive corrective work. Rather than simply addressing the most obvious problem, they methodically investigated the surrounding structure and made sure everything was properly restored. The amount of care and attention they put into getting the airplane back to the condition it should have been in the first place has been extremely impressive. They have extensive experience, including in airline maintenance, and it shows. Just as importantly, Don and Jen are great people. They are a pleasure to work with and they clearly care about their customers and the airplanes they work on. They made an incredibly stressful situation much easier simply by being thoughtful, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain everything. It's obvious that they treated my airplane with the same level of care they would give their own. That combination of technical competence, meticulous workmanship, integrity, and genuine care is rare. They've earned my trust, my future business, and my strongest recommendation to anyone looking for honest, high-quality aircraft maintenance.”

  • PAS is everything you want in an AP shop - precise, thorough, and communicative. Had them annual my “new to me” 1982 Piper Saratoga earlier this spring and how they prioritized and addressed the various squawks gave me a lot of assurance as a first time airplane owner. Highly recommend!
